we do loved it because of staff and location. location: the hotel was not far from the grand mosque and shops and makkah. variety of goodies for breakfast.

I loved that it was tidy and beautifully kept, the staff were delightful and rooms were excellent. They made my stay best. Absolutely fabulous view of cathedral. Breakfast was savoury, with lots of meals.

The reception was excellent, I loved it. Food was good - lots of options. Although some of the staff were insufficient, I had a decent stay. The fast check-in too. Shops and a market were right next door.
Downside was the air conditioner which was a bit noisy.
